2025 has been a year of growth, resilience, and refinement for Demardi. We completed two of our largest projects to date and signed our biggest project yet. These milestones reflect more than scale, they represent a business that continues to evolve, strengthening its foundations while moving confidently into the future.

What we are most proud of this year is the growth of our team, both on site and in the office. As Demardi has expanded, so too has our capacity to deliver with confidence, care, and consistency. By extending our team and refining the way we work together, we’ve ended the year stronger, more capable, and better equipped for the projects ahead.

In 2025, we completed nine projects, including one of our largest homes to date, with photography to be shared early next year, so stay tuned! One of our most recognised and well-received projects this year, was Eltham 139, which resonated strongly across our social media channels. The home reflects our love for thoughtful design, with mid-century influences flowing throughout. We are incredibly proud of how the design intent translated into the finished space.

For many clients, the most challenging part of building is finding a builder they can truly trust. They are looking for transparency, reliability, and confidence that both quality and design intent will be delivered as promised. Clear communication, honest conversations, and accountability matter deeply. Above all, clients want a genuine partnership, a builder who guides them through each stage, explains the process clearly, and works with them, not just for them. That trust and respect often matter more than speed or scale.

Demardi exists to remove this uncertainty. Our focus is on providing clarity, guidance, and consistency so clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout their build.

This year, we also refined our operational processes and introduced a new system to strengthen communication between our office and site teams. Workflows have been streamlined, ambiguity reduced, and both clients and our team now have clarity at the touch of a button. Clients now have access to their own 24/7 online portal, allowing for greater transparency and a more connected construction experience. These improvements have not only enhanced communication but have also increased productivity and efficiency across our projects.

An important highlight of 2025 was being recognised by the Association of Professional Builders, with Demardi awarded Business Partner of the Year 2025. This recognition reflects the values we hold every day, professionalism, integrity, collaboration, and care. We are grateful to our entire team, whose dedication and attention to detail continually elevate our work.

A special thank you goes to Christina, whose hard work, drive, and commitment played a pivotal role in achieving this award. Her contributions behind the scenes and pursuit of excellence continue to shape how we operate and grow as a business. Moments like this remind us that meaningful growth is built on strong partnerships, shared values, and people who genuinely care about what they do.

Another proud moment was featuring, Warrandyte North 54 on Channel 9’s, Dream Homes Revealed, a platform celebrating thoughtfully designed and well-executed homes across Australia. This feature recognised not only the finished homes, but also the collaborative process behind them, from design intent to construction. It was rewarding to share our work more broadly and see our approach resonate beyond our immediate community.

As we reflect on 2025, we do so with gratitude, for our clients who trusted us, our team who continue to raise the standard, and the projects that challenged and shaped us. We move into 2026 with clarity, confidence, and a continued commitment to creating peace of mind through every detail.
