A face-to-face consultation at your property. We walk the site, understand the brief and your style, explore opportunities and are upfront about constraints. We listen for what you value most, in both your builder and the build process, so you leave feeling excited and clear on the path forward.

We match you with the right designer, architect or interior designer, or pick up from where you are if you already have plans. We gather all existing site information, then guide you through concept design, design development, town planning and working drawings. Throughout, we work collaboratively to keep the design both considered and financially realistic, so you're informed and supported at every step, never navigating alone.

Once working drawings are finalised, we prepare a fixed price quote, fully transparent and detailed across every aspect of the project. Significant attention is given to resolving details upfront, with clear inclusions and thorough documentation that reduce ambiguity and minimise unexpected variations. The result is clarity around scope, specifications and overall investment, so you understand exactly what's included before signing a building contract, with variations ideally limited to changes or upgrades you choose to make during construction.

Construction is led by our directors and a dedicated site supervisor, with our in-house carpentry team and consistent, hand-picked trades, the same people, the same standard, every project. You get real-time access via your personal Demardi client portal, plus regular site meetings, progress photos, milestone updates and direct communication with the team.

We walk through your completed home together in person, checking every detail against what was agreed from day one, and provide a full handover pack. Aftercare support continues once you've moved in, our team remains available, and the relationship continues well beyond the build.
