About this project
Carlton 8 is one of Demardi's most recognised projects, a renovation delivered in collaboration with Eckersley Architects that has since been published in The Local Project, ArchDaily, Houzz and Melbourne Home Design and Living.
The project reworks an inner-city Carlton residence with a clarity and restraint that has clearly resonated beyond the immediate neighbourhood. Eckersley Architects brought a strong design intent, and Demardi built it to the level of finish the work demanded, with a result that has earned its place in the record of Melbourne's best residential renovation.
