About this project
Donvale 82 is a home renovation delivered in collaboration with Eckersley Architects, transforming a family residence into a calm, considered sanctuary across the living, kitchen and outdoor zones. The brief centred on creating a home that genuinely supports the way the family lives, with spaces that feel connected, unhurried and beautifully finished.
Demardi handled both the build and interior design, working in close step with Eckersley Architects to ensure the construction and the design intent stayed fully aligned. The outdoor living zone was a particular focus, with the interior and exterior resolved as a single connected space rather than an afterthought.
