This custom design and build home takes a nostalgic step back in time, thoughtfully reimagined for today. Drawing inspiration from classic design and mid-century principles, it strikes the perfect balance between familiarity and fresh modern appeal.
Reclaimed timber from the original structure was repurposed and restored, breathing new life into the home and honouring its history. The result is a space that blends the charm of yesterday with the comfort of today, refined, serene, and effortlessly timeless.
Light and connection flow naturally through every corner, from the inviting kitchen to the relaxed living area, where every detail was considered to capture warmth and openness.
The existing vaulted ceiling and clerestory windows bathe the living space in sunlight throughout the day, while the sunken lounge subtly defines zones without breaking the flow. Expansive glass doors open to the garden, creating a connection between indoor and outdoor living, perfect for entertaining or enjoying quiet moments in the open air.
The kitchen continues the story through warm textures, rich tones, and timeless mid-century character. A place where music drifts easily through the home, setting the scene for creativity, comfort, and connection.
The master suite brings calm and charm together, with original timber details carefully preserved to carry a touch of heritage into the refined ensuite.
