About this project
Northcote 52 is a focused renovation of a single room that had gradually stopped working for its owner. A home office that had drifted into a junk room was transformed into a proper, beautifully crafted workspace through bespoke joinery and a fully integrated wall bed.
Demardi designed and built the joinery solution from scratch, including scaled 3D drawings to work through the design before a single piece was made. The integrated wall bed allows the room to function as both a workspace and a guest room without compromise, making the most of every square metre.
