About this project
Rosanna 15 is a renovation completed for a young family, covering a new kitchen, laundry and general carpentry throughout the home. The scope was practical and well-defined, with the focus on delivering a high standard of finish across every trade rather than a dramatic transformation.
Demardi handled both the build and interior design, keeping the process straightforward and the communication clear from start to finish. The result is a home that functions better in the rooms that matter most to a family's day-to-day life.
