About this project
Southbank 45 is a full apartment renovation in one of Melbourne's most prominent high-rise addresses, delivered in collaboration with Lewisham Interiors. The brief centred on transforming a city apartment into something genuinely liveable: quieter, more considered, and designed to feel like a home rather than a standard investment fitout.
Lewisham Interiors led the design direction, bringing a refined material palette and calm spatial planning to every room. Demardi managed the build within the constraints of a high-rise building, coordinating trades and logistics to deliver a finish that is detailed, composed and consistent throughout.
